I want to express how LIVID I am. I sign into KAT today and notice that my user rating is now at 1 and I am no longer a verified uploader. I worked pretty hard to earn my rank and Im not the most active here but I have done my share and I make comments when I feel I need to and I help when I can.

One of the things that have kept me here at KAT has been the user rating system and the badges that are given at certain milemarks. Now all that has been taken away???WHY?

I am going to keep uploading when I can because it is what I do, but let this be known, I am VERY VERY displeased and this isnt right!!!!!!!!!!!

Because if you didn't log in, and simply poked around as an anonymous visitor, then your presence would not be "duly noted" ... and in a manner of speaking, it would not count.

And not to belabor the point, since we really are a friendly bunch here, but this isn't just a Pick-up and Drop Off Point for torrents here. This is a fully operational (do I hear a Star Wars Death Star quote sneaking out here) forum website where friends gather to chat and compare notes. So if you have not been joining in the discussions at all, then - there again - your presence would not be noted. Verified Uploaders and Super Users get their status award for participation. As an Old Chinese Joke once said it, "No ticky - no laundry". You have to "play" to get "paid" here. No offense intended.

Yes Im seeing thats why. Only thing that bothers me about that is, Ill be skipped over alot in searches. I dont personally download anything unless it has the crown by the name. Thats what tells me I can trust the torrent. SO I feel that by taking my VUL your basically stating my torrents should no longer be trusted and this isnt the case.
I will just have to work on my rips here and get to work. thanks guys.

Since your downloads are a year old, it seems unlikely that they will be sought after and are probably not well seeded after such a long time either.

Yes the rep system has changed recently and the VU changed a little while back.. Just upload again. the VU changed because the site got bigger so there for some rules had to be re-born and revamped..
