Consider a proxy as a wormhole Woody where you approach the hole with the IP adress that your ISP has set you and when you go through the hole you come out of the other side with a new IP address which disguises your true one. so utorrent has it does bittorrent I think you are overly concerned about revealing your IP address Woody to be honest mate. Have you had any grief in the past from your ISP when downloading stuff? no i just like to know what i can do or what can be done Ok have a read of this mate....

you can setup 'proxy' in uTorrent but speed can be lower when dloading or uploading...
