Today, I applied liquid porcelain to my kitchen sink. It's actually called "Toughtile".. but it's truly liquid porcelain, suspended in a solvent (or it probably couldn't be applied at all). It takes a LONG time to cure (72 hours)... but when you put 2 coats on (2nd coat after 2 hours)... my God, the sink looks brand new! It's great! (It's deadly to breathe - I've got the kitchen windows open, and the smell of that solvent is strong). My new place here is old house. The kitchen sinks were chipped up real bad, and stained something terrible. Now they look fabulous! I'm so happy!
