For this exercise we'll need 1 zip-up hooded sweatshirt, 1 computer chair, and 1 human (optimally between 5'8" and 6'2"). 1. Place un-zipped hoodie over back of chair.
2. Have human sit in chair. (This step is very important) 3. Take arms of hoodie and put them first under your armpits and then loop up behind your neck. (Like your hoodie is putting you in a full-nelson) 4. Now, tie the wrists of hoodie together behind your neck. Presto, chango, you have a computer chair shoulder harness safety system.
