Such thing as video converter that does NOT crash ?24 March 2012, 19:24 (1 year ago)
My most recent converter was MAKEMKV and now IT will not convert more than the first title on the dvd- meaning a preview or something like that.
I know the MakeMKV is good for 60 days and then have to redownload it but I have had it maybe 2 weeks tops so that isn't the issue and it DID & WAS working. So was Any dvd converter but not now Any video converter crashes when I start the conversation and does not matter th4e format Have tried downloading & using upgraded software with their "fixes" (unsure how to word that as I know we are not to discuss somethings on here) but no matter what software, the "fix" does not work & doesn't matter what kind of software it is but did try upgraded video converters but since their "patches" won't work for me for some reason, this is not an option Using windows 7 64 bit, 1 TB HDD, 16 GiB physical RAM installed. Have not installed anything recently- I put the RAM in there months ago as machine came with 6 GiB installed & mobo does support up to 16 GiB. Is a year old if this helps Does anyone have suggestions or know what I am doing wrong? I can't make torrents @ this time as none of the video converters work properly!!! This is terrible (and an EMERGENCY!!!!!!!!!!! What do I do??? I can't make torrents !!!!! (and i am frustrated) And does this happen to others? Not the computer out the window (haha) but stuff like this with video conversion software.... ![]() 20 replies before
Google - dvdvideosoft - without the dashes and click the first link. Does all sorts of awesome stuff and it's free. Recently used it to convert youtube videos into mp3 and even playlists from youtube. But it can convert videos to other different media files as well. I hope this helps in your situation!

Am still doing well with Freemake. I thimk the problem may have been codecs and not really sure just which codec was the problem, I uninstalled every movie / video software I had on machine and then re-installed only the software I actually use as I had a bit on here trying different things. Have had no problems since doing this |
