When the power goes out, everyone goes insane, freaks out and somehow society doesn't function well.
We have recently have some storms and was watching the news and things are a mess and residents on the news are complaining so much and the power has only been out for 22 hours and they make it sound like its the end of the world I quote from a kid on the news "we have no power, so we cant do the things we like to do, like watch tv and play computer games, its a struggle" WTF!! kids these days ![]() ![]() rndmfrd22245891

We as a race are so dependent on electricity that when the power goes out we will naturally freak out, it's unavoidable. Also, the fact that in 2012 we still have power outages is baffling to me. We have SO many ways of creating electricity that our dependence on nuclear power plants, and the basic electricity generators we have today is not only dangerous but it's a detriment to our evolution as a species. The only reason we still have those systems in place is because the elites profit from it. Geothermal energy, tidal power, solar energy...the elites can't profit from those things properly at the moment so they won't make such systems mainstream. The sun won't run out of energy for another 40,000 years or more but we STILL use oil, coal, and nuclear power to meet our electricity demand...it's simply outrageous but as long as the people in power today make the decisions there is nothing we can do about it. Unless we all work together as a human race and bring down the establishment.
