I deleted a torrent file on my Uploads Section, how long does it take to take effect?

No it is what's know as "soft deleted" and can be reinstated at any time. When you delete something it will still remain visible in your uploads tab with a green x but wont be visible to the rest of the site. If you want to undelete just click on the x and it will turn orange which means the torrents is active again. :)

After Delete the Torrent it shows only in Uploader Account.....Is I'm Right?????

Yes that is right wrong user link, it is visible to only you.
