My sister got a new phone today and gave me her Samsung Galaxy SII but it's locked to Meteor Bill Pay. Does anyone know a free way to unlock it?
Some suggested rooting the phone ( Your text to link here... )when I got to "The Root Kernal" downloading CF root . zip there is no Tar. file just a ZIMAGE.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I looked up about changing the IMEI number but nothing but that's highly illegal and very expensive so I'm not going to bother
