Vote for the best media player you have used or using now

I have tried Media Player Classic, Windows Media Player, VLC Media Player, Cyberlink Power DVD and Arcsoft TotalMedia theater 5.
I can tell you that the clear winner is VLC. Media Player Classic and total media theater are not bad too. I still have totalmedia player installed to read blu-rays but if VLC could read blu-rays normally, i would uninstalled total media theater for sure.
You can google it too. You will find professional review that put VLC at the number one spot.

might have to try out vlc again i used to use it switched to media player classic, one thing i hated about vlc was the orange cone logo it put over my media files.

OMG it is really a land slide victory for VLC. I was sure it would win but not by this kind margin.

VLC

1st - KMPlayer = all codecs included and way more options for extreme fine tuning of audio and video.

2nd - VLC = all codecs included and a bunch of options but not as many as KMP.

3rd - MPC = comes with K-Lite Codec Pack or CCCP and can play all the common formats so long as the files are not corrupted in the slightest.
