 Of all the foods you've tried and/or made, what would you say is the VERY BEST thing you've ever eaten? Describe the food that made you drool. If you can't narrow it down to just one, then list your favorites Post a recipe if have one and you would like to share it. Please, remember that this is a FOOD thread nothing else.   i had goat curry made for me by my Jamaican uncle... he took his sweet ass time making it but it was delicious!

i'm going to give you a tip for free, when you eat it , don't go near the kitchen before it's prepared , raw goat meat really stinks ( for a western nose, it smells like pee ) but in a finished dish its absolutely tastefull
I can't do it. I had some that was slow cooked for hours in this clay pot with all kinds of strong herbs and vegetables and sauce them put over rice. It just made everything have that awful pungent goatness. I'm sure to the people that eat goat and it is their main source of protein the way beef is in the west, that is exactly what they love about it. But I have eaten just about every kind of animal it is legal to eat and that was the only one that I wouldn't eat again if my life depended on it.
