everyone likes a good laugh thats why comedy never runs out of fashion and stand up comedy is the best form of it (i hope you would agree)

this is the reason behind this thread,to simply share your favorite stand up comedians.

personally i don`t know many but i have seen Jeff Dunham & Ricky Gervais and they can make you laugh so hard you will cry.

ok now its your turn :)

I am actually obsessed with stand-up and as such am a PHD on stand up comedy so when reading the following please keep in mind you are reading the truth...
No Order
Jim Gaffigan - (Beyond the Pale, King Baby, and his early work)
Gaffigan turns the performance into a duet in that he "speaks" what the audience might be thinking, he also has an excellent command of the English language and his timing is very well done.
Louis C.K. - (Chewed Up, Hilarious, Live at the Beacon, and all his other pieces)
Louis might be the best of the best but that is another ball game, he is crass, unforgiving, and says what no one would ever think someone would say. Early on he pokes fun at himself but as he evolves he goes after anything and everything, nothing is taboo. His latest release Live at the Beacon which was a $5 pp download which you could burn, share, distribute, etc shows how cutting edge and intelligent this guy is.
Anthony Jeselnik (Shakespeare) You may not have heard of him but when you hear his stand up, you will want more. He is dark, sinister, cocky, and so funny.
Bill Burr (Letting Go, Emotionally Unavailable, and more)
He is hilarious and he makes very poignant remarks on modern topics.

John Oliver (Terrifying Times, Daily Show, and his Own Show)

Hilarious with a British accent, he goes from political to just plain silly without any glitch, very smooth.

John Pinnette (I'm Starvin')

I Laughed Out Loud for Most of this...
JIM JEFFERIES (I Swear to God, Alchoholocust(SPL)) Contraband, and much more)
Jim is an alchy athesit aussie who kicks ass he is hilarious! One of my all time favorites.
Tired of typing so,
Ricky Gervais
Jimmy Carr
Ralphie Mae
Gabriel Inglesis
Bo Burnham
Eugene Mirman*****
Daniel Tosh (ok)
I am 25 so Carlin and Murphy and such not so funny to me
