XBOX 360 vs Playstation 320 May 2012, 10:25 (12 months ago)
lol, most of the stories you'll read about consoles breaking down will be from older models, the latest versions will all have been well tested and any bugs removed such as the ring of death.
My advise would be to get whatever your friends have, you don't want to be the only one with a ps3 if all your mates have the xbox. It also depends if your gonna try to crack to play copied games, the xbox is fairly simple to do where as the ps3 needs you to have a particular firmware which means getting one second hand which then increases the risk of a breakdown as you have no idea how its been used in the past. If you only play games, then 360 is probably your best bet. More games with better DLC support, better online component. PS3 simply cannot come close to Xbox Live. If you want a game/media player, then PS3 destroys 360 outright. PS3 plays everything and doesn't have the stupid networking issues that Microsoft hardware has. But in the end, picking whatever your friends have may be the best idea. Ask yourself these questions.
Do i love RPG games? PS3 if yes Do i love shooters? 360 if yes Do i love playing online? 360 if yes Am i a cheap gamer? PS3 if yes lol Am i patient? 360 if no Do i want to store pictures and movies into my console? PS3 if yes What consoles do my friends have? Deal Breaker Crack12!-902

PS3 is brutally difficult to develop for. That's why 360 has such a commanding lead in the games arena.
One thing I forgot to add earlier: PS3 is also Blu-Ray player. My PS3 also has legacy game support built-in. The latest consoles do not and never will according to Sony. |
