 Well it really is a tough decision. I went with the PS3 because I wanted the cheapo [free] online gameplay. And I've been using my laptop to watch my movies anyway, so it doesn't hurt me that Cinavia is on the PS3...
Also the whole thing with the 'better controller'... I don't think any controller is better than the other. I prefer the PS3 controller whilst others prefer the Xbox. That's preference.  ohh also to add i found a place to buy cheaper games. EBAY!!! Why to buy games when Boobsman86528 85626 still exist!! he upload games for 360 n for PS3 there are too many guys who upload actually for getting 360 hacked you need to open it and for Ps3 some backup utilities work well! Moreover Ps3 games are awesome some of its exclusive games are really epic like killzone3 uncharted and more!!Xbox too have some exclusive but PS3 has its own benefits whie xbox too have but if your budget is well u can go to Ps3 thats what is recommended!! Xbox is best.. And it doesn't get Red Ring Of Death(RROD).. RROD was in consoles which were manufactured before 2009.. Now consoles don't get RROD.. So just buy it.. Piracy is way too easy with Xbox360.. You'll be playing cheaper games.. Go for Xbox.. I might get the xbox later on. It seems everyone has both of these consoles aswell. But for now I'm lovin my PS3 That's great.. enjoy..

Welp I just want to thank everyone here for your lovely support and advice, it was a tough decision for me. But only one could be the winner. I have bought myself the Latest PS3 160GB slim. I must say i am definately impressed with the quality of the games. I have now joined the Playstation network to play my games. I was thinking of jailbreaking my playstation, but from what people have said here that it will only hinder me from playing online so i'm leaving it as it is.
