yeah , more so when you have add on content for game, best if you got borderlands game of year addition . many areas to shot things in. man y hours in game play for this game . looking forward to the new one in september
ill go get it later this week, been thinking bout getting it for A while just dint no if any good :)
It's a matter of preference and to be honest, most people buy the one their friends have the most.
I personally prefer the PS3 because of its amazing media capabilities (I watch all my releases from kat.ph in full 1080p with proper DTS sound on it, and it looks/sounds beautiful!). I use it as photo library, music player, and for netflix (haven't found a device that does netflix better, including 360, my Mac and even Apple TV). For gaming as well, almost all games are out on both PS3 and 360, but PS3 has consistently had more exclusives every year, although this year looks a bit quiet so far. Unless you REALLY want Halo and Forza (and maybe Alan Wake), you might as well get the PS3. The user interface of the 360 is a bit better than the PS3 I'd say, especially for us westerners, but the downside is ads everywhere! Even if you pay for Xbox live, you still get ads, which I find annoying. Also, the new slim version of both consoles don't die as much as the old ones, but even the fat PS3 lasts a long time if you keep it cool; can't say the same for the old 360, which was literally designed to eventually die! Enjoy, whatever choice you make, and if you get a PS3, add me on PSN: capitales7 :D Last edited by seeafish22, 8 months ago I already posted in this thread, but instead buying Xbox or PS3 buy one kick-ass Gaming PC. Pc=Pc and console=gamng ....Games come first in consoles moreover no tension of low settings high settings and much more just lag free gaming!true but in PC gaming you can add trainers, Mods etc that can make the game better. Like Crysis 2 and Skyrim did with DX11 thing you have to keep in mind that the CPU on the ps3 means nothing unless the software is written to take advantage of the hyper threading. another thing its a tricky subject on the ram which is better more or slightly faster ram i honestly would say xbox won the ram bit as it has more an isn't that much slower so chances are you wouldn't see a real difference. well also keep in mind that when it come to disk read time xbox wins hands down.
