I'm collecting all of the Superhero films currently and would like to know what everyone's favorite Superhero film or franchise?

Feel free to express your opinions on which ones are the best (and why), list your top 5 faves, or whatever.

ya kidding, right??

People usually think i chose my fav. heroes after seeing the films or when mass likes them.
But i liked BATMAN, SILVER SURFER and SPIDERMAN since the very start!
And i have reasons to like them.
I hate brutes,..like HULK or SUPERMAN. No agility at all, its stupid seeing everytime superman taking the missiles to this chest when he can dodge it. Thats why i like SPIDERMAN. Hes got ton of reflexes..i like it.
BATMAN..the only awesome hero who doesnt have superhuman powers and is Wayyyyy cool than any hero out there.
and last but not least, the SILVER SURFER..i think hes a selfish hero. He is destroying homeplanets of other peoples(he warns them but) just to save his own girlfriends homeplanet. thats selfish if you see it by standards of being a comic hero !

Batman (Nolan Directed)

I would have to say "The Avengers" since I have not yet seen the new Spider-man or Batman.

Alright great a thread on Superheroes
1) Nolan's Batman Trilogy. It was after The Dark Knight that i took an interest in Batman and he has become my favorite superhero...the best character frankly. Have downloaded every animated batman serie/film i could find.
On that note cld some one point me to a good torrent for "Batman the Brave and the Bold" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman:_The_Brave_and_the_Bold. a PM will do
2) The Avengers
3) X-men film series..best being X-men firs class
4) Spiderman the previos series. The new one wasn't as "amazing" as expected. Hopefully the sequel will improve
5) Hulk
Love watching the DC and Marvel animated features

I got the only Captain America vote so far, grew up reading the comic books, had to stick with him.

The Christopher Nolan Batman series is my favorite. The Dark Night was beyond amazing, period. DC comics have always seemed a bit dark, and Nolan captures that perfectly. The Avengers movie was awesome as well, not quite as dark and realistic feeling as Batman, but marvel has a different style and it works great for what they do.
