thanks a lot for this detailed help on deleting from itunes, the problem is i don't have a computer at home. That's why i would love to know how to delete apps from the ipod itself.any idea ?

Hi guys,
I've just bought an ipod touch 4g with iOS5.1 and i'm very happy of it, it's actually amazing. The problem is i don't know how to delete apps, I'm a bit ashamed of such a silly question, but that's the truth. I tried touching the apps for a fee seconds for them to be shaking but then i can organize them but there is no little cross in the top left hand corner like many forums say. I've been in a 2 hour expedition in the settings menu but i couldn't find how to uninstall apps. That's why i came to my favourite site to ask for help. Please guys, i'm pretty sure some of you own the same device.
