No - reading cards is not evil, I'm not evil. It became evil because the Catholic Church didn't want any competition speaking to God. I believe you can talk to God yourself, you don't need an intermediary. Divination is mentioned in the Bible. I don't have time right now to pull up verses for you. To get power you need a scapegoat. I'm sure you know from history it can be anyone.

The Tarot is best for emotional situations. I know how to use runes (good for yes & no questions), read regular playing cards, read charts (for natal and progressed), do coffee readings, feng shui a house (even how to do Flying Star). It's good to know several systems to answer a question properly. I love this stuff!!!!!

Hi-an astrological reading is a snapshot of the sky when you were born. Your chart is shaped like a wheel with different quadrants. I like to compare it to a house with different rooms. The planets are like people in those rooms. Each one does a different thing for your house. Example, Jupiter favorably aspected in your 3rd house (or room) will give you the gift of gab. For astro, I need date of birth, time of birth, city of birth. If you don't have the time there is still a way to do it but it won't be as accurate.

The Morgan Greer deck is beautiful. I've used that one in the past. There are cards for every mood and every situation and every fancy now. I like the Rider Waite right now because it's so clean and simple, good for people you don't know.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I know that it isn't black magic because I don't do black magic or any forms of magic. Studying the cards has been a passionate hobby of mine. I suppose if you went to someone mean you would get an "evil" reading just like a bad haircut from someone who doesn't like you.
