Yep - I got a notice from Cox ~6 months ago. Just played nice/dumb as I should when there is such a lack of proof it's laughable. They simply want to do their bit in working with MPAA, et. al without also pissing off customers of 10+ years. This will get worse, no doubt, but if you make sure you aren't putting yourself in a position to be a low hanging piece of fruit, so to speak, you'll keep your freedom for the foreseeable future. That's only my humble opinion, though.
an excuse i give is that someone else does it over my connection and they say check yer security and stuff and i say ok and thats it. tv shows is mostly what they call me about only once for a movie, was a low budget movie too. thanks for the warning though, i will try to cutdown
Some sort of minor crime is committed that the cop can see and has to deal with because he/she is the only law enforcement around. Maybe the protagonist pays someone to commit the crime.
