"You do not have the required permissions to make changes to the system" the CE2.0 setup is ran as administrator. Windows Vista 64. Anyone have a work around?

I updated to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 and reinstalled this after seeing the replies above and that solved the problem. When version 2.0 installs you will get an error when the app starts about a missing DLL, but the v2.1 install fixes that.
