Instructions:

1. Download Torrent Via Your Fav Torrent Program [utorrent, Azuerus, Bitcomet]

2. Install cs16full_v7.exe [which is the full cs program]

3. After cs16full_v7 is done. Install cs16patch_full_v21_2

4. Open Up Cs 1.6 Non Steam (should be on desktop] and Go To The Favorites Tab.

5. Alt-Tab Delete and Click on CS Master List 1.6. Copy Link Into Web Browser
and copy the Ip Adresses that you want into Cs. ( choose the ones which are closer to you. EX: if u live in sweden then copy the ip adresses that have a sweden flag beside it.

6. START OWNING.






Notice:

some you will ask why this isnt the up to date version of non steam CS.
the reason is that most servers are still running on this version.
the admins are too lazy to install the newer ones soo ya.
im currently playing on 24 diff severs. all i need.
