(Seriously though Skullptura, ~35 minutes for extraction? It works but, daaaayum dude, there's stuff out there that's much more efficient)

1. Downloading and Extracting:
Download the Torrent. It is a rar file. Keep the file in a safe place of Hard disk or any other Device. Then extract the file. You need at least 12 GB free space in that directory. Don’t delete the original file downloaded from torrent.
2. Virus Issue:
Your anti-virus will detect Arc.dll, paul.dll and some other file as virus. But don't worry. These files are not viruses. Ignore the threat. But only ignoring the threat is not enough, you have to add them in the Exception list.. Otherwise, virus Shield will restrict them to execute. You may search Settings or Advanced Settings option of your antivirus menu to find the Exception list. But, my suggestion is, just disable your antivirus. People who did not installed any Antivirus program will be able to skip this stage.
3. Installing:
Go to the folder where you extracted the downloaded rar file. Click on setup. It is a windows batch file. A command prompt window will open. Follow the on-screen instructions. It will extract and install the ripped game. At the very last moment it will ask you to install DirectX9. Install it. Total 25-30 minutes will be taken for the whole installation process. Total size of the file will be 6.75GB.
Remember, now your installation directory is the same directory from where you ran the setup file. After completion of extraction you will see, a lot of other files in that directory; but setup, the batch file will be removed automatically. A desktop shortcut of Crysis Warhead will be created automatically. Run the game by clicking the shortcut. But most of the time you will see a black screen or a message to give the Registration Code. To remove this do following works:
4. Cracking:
You need to crack the game. You have to download the crack. Download it from this link: Torrent: Crysis Warhead Crack Only
REMEMBER ONE THING, YOUR ANTIVIRUS WILL ALSO DETECT THE CONTENTS OF THE CRACK FILE AS VIRUS. SO ADD THESE FILES AS EXCEPTION TO VIRUS SHIELD.
Copy all contents from the crack file. Go to Bin32 folder of the installation directory. Paste those files. Old files should be replaced.
5. DirectX Issue:
The game is compatible with DirectX9 and newer versions. But my suggestion is to run the game with DirectX9. Go to Bin32 folder. Click on "Crysis_Play_DirectX9". It will run your game with directX9. Whenever you want to play, run it by clicking "Crysis_Play_DirectX9". You may create a desktop shortcut of this file. For first time, the game will take A few moments to start. wait with patience.
6. Game Quality:
The game is very fine. Actually, it is the continuation of previous game. Here, you will play the role of Psycho. No serious bug found. If you got stuck in any place, just reload the game by pressing F8. The texture quality of the game is very good. So, the torrent is fresh and another good Rip by Skullptura. Enjoy the game.

2. Download the crack of 'Crysis' and then paste it in the installed folder.
