Version 9 and 10.0 cannot be installed on 64-bit Windows operating systems and will prompt the user with an error message stating the operating system is not supported.
Version 10.1 provides full support for 64-bit Windows. It does not support 64-bit Windows XP.

From the Nuance website.
For 64-bit OS we need 10.1 version.
