No, not necessarily "what it says". This is an encyclopedia of Star Wars information, but it's not a copy of any of the books with that title. This is the "completely unofficial" encyclopedia; a homemade document that appears to have been written in 2000. Quite a while before some of the biggest and most important details in the series' history was even revealed.

It's exhaustive and covers hundreds of thousands of subjects, sure. Races, planets, and characters from the movies to the books. As a resource of small facts or characters who were finalized before the prequel trilogy, it's probably an interesting read. But don't get it thinking that it's in any way up to date or 100 percent accurate anymore. No pictures or diagrams either. Just a lot of text.

I appreciate the upload and it'll be worth browsing through, but others should know what it is. And know that, for example; according to this it was coincidence that brought Anakin and Obi-Wan to the lava planet and he sort of slipped in by mistake, after which he was pulled out by Obi-Wan who was worried that Palpatine's concern for Anakin would turn him. Huh.
