It might take some time for the trackers to update properly with the correct information. Let it sit there for a while, then try refreshing the trackers, you should then get a proper seed count. If not check your torrent client to make sure your showing as seeding, so long as your showing as a seeding in your client the torrent will work fine and it'll just be a tracking issue.
