Trama:
Stufi di passare le loro estati nel campo estivo di football, Shawn e Nick, le stelle della squadra della Gerald R. Ford High School, escogitano un piano per imbucarsi nel campo estivo delle cheerlader. Il piano riesce alla meraviglia e i due si ritrovano circondati da centinaio di belle ragazze. Tutto filo liscio, almeno fino a quando Shawn si innamora di Carly, la capo-squadra delle cheerlader. La ragazza nutre seri dubbi sulle reali intenzioni di Nick e Shawn e così, li mette alla prova: i due dovranno inventare delle nuove coreografie per far vincere alla squadra la gara di fine campo.
