"I Don't Want to Live Without You" is a song from 1988 by the rock-pop band Foreigner. It was included on their 1987 platinum album, Inside Information.

Released as the follow-up single to the song "Say You Will", "I Don't Want to Live Without You" peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in May 1988. It was the band's sixteenth (and, to date, final) entry on the Billboard pop Top 40. On the Billboard adult contemporary chart, the song became Foreigner's only #1 hit, spending one week atop the tally the week of May 14, 1988. The band had previously reached the Top 10 on the AC chart twice, with the songs "Waiting for a Girl Like You" (#5 in 1981) and "I Want to Know What Love Is" (#3 in 1985).

Inside Information is the sixth studio album by American rock band Foreigner, released in 1987. "Say You Will" was released as a single and reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100. The fourth single released, "I Don't Want to Live Without You", reached #5 on the same chart. It was the last album to feature the classic '80s core lineup of Gramm, Jones, Wills and Elliott.

Foreigner is a rock band formed in New York City in 1976 by veteran musicians Mick Jones and ex-King Crimson member Ian McDonald, along with then-unknown vocalist Lou Gramm (Louis Grammatico). Foreigner has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide (including over 37.5 million in the United States alone).
