A=2,V=9 Good quality video, but unfortunately the audio is out of Synch. Tried to Synch using VLC Player, without success.

VLC can delay and -delay audio; all you have to do is press either the J or K buttons on your keyboard while viewing the movie and watch as the sound syncs.
