Open up in VLC. Right click on your screen, select Audio >> Track 2. You get English. The whole action scenes sound kinda cool in Russian though.

This is in Russian from what I can tell and I couldn't change the audio at all. Even on GOM or VLC...
This should be made aware to downloaders please. :-)
