Maximus is a powerful Roman general, loved by the people and the aging Emperor, Marcus Aurelius. If you'd compare my 1080p's on a 26-32" screen, you wouldn't be asking that question... In fact, I don't know anyone who DOES know anything about encoding that would say that 1248kbps is a sufficient video bitrate for a 1080p. And considering that none of my encodes here are older than 5 weeks old, they're actually extremely popular. Appears that you're the one that doesn't know much about what he's talking about.
