There's a crack file made by razor which is like 2.6mb or something. That solved the wobbly screen.

Just finished downloading, took awhile I got it too work. First open the DVD1 file (and yes you need winrar or some similar program), click on one of the stupid rar'd files and you will eventually see a setup.exe. After that's done and you get the stupid prompt to insert disc 2 open up the DVD2 file and put the contents in a folder on your comp (this is what I did at least) so that you can get magic disc to read the iso file. Set the path on the prompt to the folder in the virtual drive and that should start it up.
