This will make you able to use Games for windows with the new, irritating 1.0.3 path.

Install:
1. Put ALL the files(overwrite) from the RAR in the GTA IV install directory.
2. Remove xlive.dll if you have it
3. Remove any old .asi files/mods that ain't compatible with 1.0.3 (also remove other garbage, it causes errors)
5. IF you want to play in multi player and have a valid live key, make sure you don't have any modified files.
4. Play the game!

(this will make you able to use updated .asi/.lua mods!)
