Doesn't work, even with windows 2000 compatibility mode. It just delays it for a while. Maybe it's because I'm using windows 7 64 bit?

Scanned file with virustotal.com. Completely clean. Haven't tried the file yet though.

Great. However drunk camera still occurs. But a simple solution is: RIGHT CLICK ON GTAIV.EXE AND LAUNCHGTAIV.EXE THEN PRESS PROPERTIES AND THEN GO TO COMPATIBLE AND CHANGE COMPATIBLE TO WINDOWS 2000 AND THIS WILL STOP DRUNKEN CAMERA.
