Instructions: just unzip or extract anywhere, then run setup.exe . If you're using winrar just click or press enter on the file setup.exe and winrar will take care of it. There's not activation steps, just a regular program install. This is the full 7.0 version posted on request and because noone has bothered to post it here, either.
