Okay, this torrent appears to be dead, but is actually not dead, however the best trackers are missing from this copy (I found seeds by getting the same torrent file from another site. I found out that the two torrents originated from the same source when I tried to upload my copy (with active seeds on trackers) but was unable).
I highly recommend enabling DHT and/or manually adding several or all of the trackers [I will list them below as soon as I copy them]
