Apply Minimal Seeders Filter to Homepage Widgets

Homepage widgets are a good idea, but when half of the torrents have 0 seeders they becomes an unattractive mess. If the minimal seeders feature were applied to these widgets, users could scan straight down the page knowing that all of the torrents were active.
