1. Download & Install iTunes 8.2 +

3. Connect Your iPod Touch 2G To Computer

4. Open Folder With "iPod2,1_3.0_7A341_Restore" Inside

5. Start iTunes 8.2 + & Select iPod Touch From Devices List

6. Hold Shift And Click Update.

7. Locate iPod Touch ipsw File (iPod2,1_3.0_7A341_Restore)

8. DO NOT DISCONNECT TILL ITUNES HAS COMPLETED UPDATING IPOD TOUCH
