The four-part project is inspired by The Ministry of Food, set up to improve nutrition during the Second World War. The chef will first return to Rotherham, South Yorkshire, where his campaign in schools was met with most resistance, to teach people how to cook in their homes. "If we can get people in one town cooking, I want to establish a blueprint that can get people cooking across the whole country this year," he said.
