Works for me on my Win XP OS (built on a Win 7 platform...don't ask). The Read Me file looks like it was written by an idiot. I recommend (just because this is what I did to be on the safe side) you do the following in this order: unzip the archive to it's own folder, run the installer, reboot, apply the .reg file ('run'), make sure Switch is blocked from accessing the internet, and then run the program.
