In een post-apocalyptisch Amerika ontmoet de jonge en nietsvermoedende Peggy op een dag de mysterieuze Jake. Na een paar ontmoetingen besluit Peggy om, ondanks de protesten van haar moeder, met Jake en zijn vrienden mee te gaan. Deze nemen haar vervolgens mee naar de nachtclub The Doom Room, waar men doden tot leven wekt om ze het publiek te laten vermaken.

Storyline

In a post-apocalypse society, 17-year-old Peggy lives with her over-protective mother and works in her restaurant. She misses her sister Anna, who died some time ago. When two couples of punks come to the place to eat some hamburgers, Peggy feels attracted to Jak, who invites her to go out on date with him later. Peggy goes out with Jak without telling her mother, and they go across town to a dark place, the Doom Room, where the master of ceremony is the ringmaster of a freak show with dead. The MC injects blood in the dead, and they dance on a ring for the exalted audience. When Peggy sees her undead sister Anna dancing in the show, the MC discloses the truth about her presence in the circus.

Op een dag wordt het jonge, onschuldige meisje Tara ontvoerd door een man, die haar in een busje stopt en meeneemt naar zijn huis. Hier wordt ze door de man, genaamd Anton, en diens vrouw Judith, in de kelder gestopt. Hier ontmoet Tara de jonge blonde jongen Johnny en samen proberen ze een uitweg te zoeken. Maar op een gegeven moment begint Tara te vermoeden dat er iets mis is met Johnny.

Storyline

The virgin teenager Tara is outcast in school and neglected by her mother. While riding her bike back home from school, she is drugged, kidnapped and brought to an isolated mansion by the insane pianist Anton. His cellist wife Judith lures Tara to obtain personal information, and then they lock her in the basement where she meets their son Johnny trying to commit suicide. Tara discovers that the creepy couple lost their son drowned in a lake twelve years ago, and have made a pact with a demon to bring him back to life. The price would be the sacrifice of twelve teenagers, and Tara is the last one.

Jamie (Henry Thomas) is een alleenstaande en ietwat depressieve jongeman. Op een gegeven moment krijgt hij last van allerlei vreemde hallucinaties en rare dromen. Vervolgens wordt Jamie verliefd op een vrouw, die hij nog nooit heeft ontmoet. Op een dag is Jamie het zat en besluit hij haar op te zoeken. Maar is dit wel zo'n goed idee?

Storyline

In Chicago, the lonely Jamie works in the food laboratory of a company developing flavors with his best friend Wally. Jamie divorced from his wife a couple of months ago and misses his son. Jamie is on diet but after eating a chocolate, he becomes psychically connected to a beautiful woman, seeing through her eyes and feeling her sensations. Jamie falls in love for the stranger woman, until he witnesses her stabbing and killing her lover. His connection ends and Jamie becomes obsessed for the woman; using his memories, he discloses through the driving license of her car and some landscapes that the mysterious woman lives in Vancouver. Jamie travels to meet and help her and once in Canada, he finds that the dead man was a plastic artist and his beloved stranger is the model Catherine. Jamie tries to approach to Catherine with tragic consequences.
