Description

Den excentriske vetenskapsmannen doktor Robert Campbell (Sean Connery) leder på uppdrag av ett stort läkemedelsbolag ett forskningsprojekt i Amazonas djungel. Han är mycket nära lösningen på ett av medicinhistoriens största problem: botemedlet mot cancer. För att få hjälp med att fullfölja sitt projekt skickar han efter en assistent men då det visar sig att assistenten är en kvinna vägrar han ta emot hennes hjälp. Han blir dock så illa tvungen att samarbeta då objudna gäster dyker upp i djungeln...
