This game was written for Win95/98 but does work with XP if you alter one setting .

Go to the installed file ie C:Program FilesMicroproseUltim@te Race ProULTIM@TE RACE PRO.EXE , right click the file , left click Properties , left click the Compatability tab , and put a tick next to Run this program in compatability mode then choose Windows 98 / Windows me from the dropdown , then left click okay .
