To open a ISO file there are 2 ways.
1. Right click on iso folder which you wanna open it and extract it.
2. Rename the ISO folder to RAR and extract it with WinRAR.

it is an ISO file, and my computer just wants to burn it to a disk. cannot find a programme to open it with.
really need this. am re-booting computer, but cannot find my oroginal office disk anywhere!!!!

thank you, have done. using Undisker, but found out it is only a trial version, and setup.exe comes up with error '9'. So am going to find magic ISO now and try again. :)
ok, have extracted the file using Magic ISO. Click on Setup, get welcome window. I click on eg, office 2003, and get a messgae saying '
'Error executing file.
E:OFFICESETUP.EXE
The system cannot find the path specified.
what do i do now? again, thank you for any help in advance. :)

some people ask how to install the iso can't you just right click on the iso file and click extract and then run the setup exe.
Works for me. I mounted the ISO image with daemon tools and got the option to install several different components or the standard Microsoft Office package. I installed the first option, which is the basic package, as well as Office Project Professional, and both installed fine. The serial number for each component was already integrated into the installation, I didn't have to enter anything other than my name.
Didn't go online to check for updates so I can't verify if this will pass that test, but I can vouch that the installation works, AVG didn't find any viruses or trojans, and no serial was needed. Thanks uploader.
