Can anyone tell me, is the RAR the ISO?
Because when i extract the RAR all these files come out and a folder called source which has most of the files.
So do i burn those folders, or burn the RAR which might be the ISO?

It's an ISO Disc image.. you just need to burn it straight to the CD don't open it with WinRAR
