Thanks. It is just far to great of a security risk for there to be a chance that someone altered the operating system with spyware before you install it. For that reason, it was really important to me that I could check the Hash against a verified source. The download was really slow but it was worth it. I can independently verify that the Hash is in fact the same as that listed on the windows website (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/securedownloads/default.aspx) under the label "Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 (x86) - DVD (English)".
