I dont know what kinda decoder you guys have but I suggest updating them. I was able to see the whole movie. The quality is pretty poor and there's even some sections where really large chunks of the data is missing but I was able to view 91 minutes of it. Its formatted 720x480 but it was certainly coded at a much lower resolution. I suggest getting another rip of this. English Dub has extremely poor voice acting but I don't think you can get around that since the film is old and the voices were done way back in the day. I suggest Jap Dub with Eng Sub. Below average rip for a good movie.
