Plot:
Outpost follows a crack team of battle-hardened mercenaries on a routine mission to protect a mysterious businessman through the no-man's land of war-torn Eastern Europe. However, after he leads them to a long forgotten, underground outpost, they unwittingly reawaken a lurking terror that soon changes their mission from one of safe-guarding, to one of survival, as they desperately battle an enemy even they've never faced before.

I ett krigshärjat Östeuropa tar en grupp legosoldater på sig uppdraget att säkerställa en gammal bunker på beställning av en mystisk affärsman. Väl framme vid bunkern gör de en fruktansvärd upptäckt. Bunkern har under andra världskriget använts för grymma experiment utförda av nazisterna för att få fram en mänsklig superarmé. De stympade resterna av dessa soldater finns ännu kvar tillsammans med en fasansfull upptäckt: en överlevande. Det från början enkla uppdraget förvandlas snart till en skräckfylld och klaustrofobisk kamp på liv och död.
