You cannot get out of Car.Why?? Because you're game is a pirate,
Solution - the only solution of this is a file name.godfatherfix.rar,how could you find it, Go to Russian web site www.playground.ru/cheats/3110/ - 63k when you open this site in the center of this site under Download FTP public is written just click on it and download file unrar it with the software,winrar ....ok and copy file godfather.exe in to you're game folder you will get out of Car by pressing the spacebar .... Now play 'n' enjoy...
