what do i do after I've downloaded this file so I can play it?
You need to extract the .iso file from the .rar archive using software such as WinRAR, the password is 4484 if it asks, then you need to use a program such as Daemon Tools or PowerISO to mount the disc image (iso file).. Mounting an iso image makes a virtual cd drive in your computer, as if you inserted a cd. I would recommend PowerISO, as it's more user friendly.
