YOU MUST BE RUNNING WINDOWS 2000 TO USE THIS EXPLOIT!
Simply extract the files to the c: drive on any Windows 2000 computer (or which ever drive you use), run Pipeupadmin.exe, log off and log back on to THAT COMPUTER LOCALLY (NOT a network) with the user name and password you would normally use to log on.
