Like others have said some are in a different lanquage and also, at least for me, about 1/3 of them aren't working. They are either corrupt data or they start and turn the psp (3000) off. It might be because of problems when downloading I'm not sure, but a lot aren't working, for me.
For all wondering on how to hack a psp to play ISO's, visit pspdashhacks.com. Image files go in the PSP's ISO folder, and start the game from the memory stick.
This new feature is for reporting Fake torrents only if:
Torrents that are not released yet
Torrents that ask you to d/l codecs from different sites
Torrents that are password protected and the password is not in a text file with the torrent
Torrents that have no trackers listed

Reporting torrents that are dead
Reporting torrents with no seeds
Reporting software torrents that give false readings when using a/v scans
Reporting torrents that you cant get to work, ie games that wont run or software that wont load properly,
movies that have sound but no picture or vice versa
Reporting torrent that have trackers listed even if they are dead
